  • What Is A Private Tour?

      A Private China Tour means that the tour you take is personalized specifically for you based on your personal requirements, and whomever you would like to travel to China with. It means you are not travelling with a tour group with strangers. Even that you didn't know China at all, you could tell us your China travel destinations, your interests, your desire to guide, hotels, sights, travel pace, local cuisines, etc those you could image, and then we could tailor that kind of China tour package for you.

  • Customized Tour Steps?

    1. Go to our Customize Center & send us your personal requirements

    2. You will receive your China holiday proposal within 24 hours from your personal China travel consultant.

    3. You can make any changes to your China holiday proposal without any aditional cost until it fits your needs

    4. Agree to the final China holiday proposal and pay a deposit of 10% to confirm it as your China tour booking.

    5. Receive our booking confirmation and pay the remaining tour costs I want to customize a China tour

  • Booking Steps?

      1. Send us your inquiry of a sample of China package or your own travel idea.

      2. Get a tour proposal from your personal travel consultant and make any changes.

      3. Confirm the last satisfied China tour package and pay the deposit.

      4. An e-voucher will be sent to you as your tour booking confirmation letter.

      5. Clear the payment balance 30 days before your China holiday begins.

    Cancellation and refund Policy:

    We would deeply regret that you have to cancel your trip to China due to any reason. The cancellation fee and refund calculated as follows:

  • Cancellation letter received up to 15 day before the beginning of your confirmed China tour: 90 % refunded and 10% charged of all monies paid except the necessary bank procedure charge.
  • Cancellation letter received from 7 to 14 days before the beginning of your confirmed China tour: 80% refunded and 20% charged of the received tour price including cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable (if the tour includes Yangtze cruise).
  • Cancellation letter received from 3 to 6 days before the beginning of your confirmed China tour: 60% refunded and 40% charged of the received tour price excluding cost of Yangtze River Cruise (if the tour includes Yangtze cruise).
  • Cancellation letter received from 2 to 0 days before the beginning of your confirmed China tour: 50% refunded and 50% charged of the received tour price including cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable (if the tour includes Yangtze cruise).
  • Cancellation and refund happens during the tour: we will refund 50% payment of the rested land tour services and charge 50% (exclude payment of Yangtze cruise)
  • About Yangtze Cruise cancellation and refund: Cancellation letter received 7 days before the tour starts or No-show travelers will receive not any refund of Yangtze River Cruise.
  • Cancellation caused due to Force Majeure we will refund 80% of the payment (payment of Yangtze applicable to No. 7) and 20% charged.

    Alteration of Confirmed Itinerary
    We reserve the right to alter or modify the Itinerary of any China package if the air schedule, train schedule or any other events beyond our control we will make alteration necessary accordingly.

  • Before the tour, if any changes due to airlines, train or Yangtze cruise company, we will reserve the right to make necessary changes accordingly.
  • During the tour, if any changes due to airlines, train or Yangtze cruise company, we will reserve the right to make necessary changes accordingly.
  • If such a situation arises, the tour price will be calculated and difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

    Loss During Your China Tour:

  • Personal stuffs lost happen during a tour and we will try our best to assist the police or the third party to save or compensate your loss.
  • We are not responsible for any loss caused by unpredictable reason like robbery, theft, etc but we will assist to investigate it.
  • We are not responsible for any luggage loss caused by the airport or airlines but we will assist to investigate it.
  • We are not responsible for any stuff lost in your hotel, on the vehicle, at a restaurant or at a scenic spots but we will assist to investigate it.
  • 4. We are not responsible for your passports or China visa loss due to your own reason but we will assist you with that matter.
  • We are not responsible for any death or injury caused by the third part during your tour but we cover Identical Insurance that Insurance Company will be responsible for. We will assist you with that matter.

    Complaints and Claims
    If you are unsatisfied with any service provided during your tour, please inform your local tour guide or your China travel consultant to avoid the potential similar problems happening in your following China tour. If you inform us about the problem, we will do our best for you to avoid those problems happen.

    For compensation caused by reasonable reasons, you need inform us by email within 14 days from the end of your tour. Relevant evidence and document must be attached to the letter of claim. We will not be responsible for any claims letter made later than 14 days after the end of your tour.

    We do not hope complaints and claims happen as we have been improving our service every day for our clients from afar. Things sometimes like happen but we have a mature means resolution to it. When unhappy things happen, we have quick and efficient way to solve it.
